REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of architectural paints, industrial coatings, and specialty finishes, all sales are generally final unless products are defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The product received is defective or damaged
  • Incorrect product was delivered
  • The issue is reported within 3 days of receiving the goods

Products must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom-mixed paints, tinted products, or specially ordered items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


3. Return Procedure

Customers must:

  1. Contact us via email or phone within 3 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide order details and photographic evidence (if applicable).
  3. Await confirmation before returning the item.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
